Returns & Refunds policy

Please choose your artwork carefully as we do not accept returns.

All items are final sale. We offer a resale service through our website so if you buy from us you can sell through us. Contact us for further details.

Damaged Artwork ~ If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package, please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately. To avoid accidentally damaging your edition, for example if a work is unframed, leave all unpacking and handling of the artwork to a trusted professional framer or art handler. Contact us for local recommendations.

If you notice damage upon unpacking your edition from Dalander Studio, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork with digital images of the damage. If we find that the edition was damaged in transit, we will endeavor to replace the edition. In the event that we are unable to replace the edition we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (when applicable).

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were damaged in the receiving of shipped item(s)

  • The goods are in the original packaging of Shipped item (s)

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or mishandled upon receiving items.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery or purchase at Studio, according to their nature, mishandled by purchaser.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
